Teeth Grinding Relief Bite Guard

Teeth grinding can create numerous problems such as local muscular pain, headaches, loss of tooth structure, gum recession, loose teeth, shortening of teeth, tooth sensitivity, cracked and broken teeth, damage to the bone structure of the jaw joint with temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ syndrome), and even facial changes. Children that grind due to a breathing airway problem can have developmental issues.

Me, personally… I grind my teeth.  From stress mainly.  Subconsciously, I do it in my sleep and my dentist recommended a bite guard.  They’re very expensive so I decided to try this one from GrindReliefN.

I’ve always thought I had straight teeth but my dentist said it’s from excessive grinding. While people sometimes pay good money to have their teeth straight, doing it this way causes the enamel to wear down and isn’t very good for you. Good looking, but not healthy for your teeth!!

This teeth guard is really great and it’s at a fantastic price, too. It’s small so it causes little to no discomfort – you hardly feel notice it. (ok there was a couple night process to get used to it, but once that was done – it was perfect!) The bite guard can be used on either top or bottom teeth. Easy to mold (over and over) and prevents me from grinding. No jaw pain anymore either!  Highly recommend!! (your teeth will thank you too!!)
