Sleep Mask Review

Ahhhhh, the sleep mask.  A symbol of luxury.  Just something about seeing a picture of someone in a sleep mask makes me go “ahhhhh” and sigh.

For a while now I haven’t wanted to sleep WITHOUT one.  Especially on vacation.  I think I got hooked on it during a first class USAirways Flight a few years back.  Free sleep mask?  “Why not” I thought.  And ever since I’ve used one.

But the ones that you get on the plane aren’t that good.  So I had an opportunity to get one of these for free or at a big discount if I would provide my honest and unbiased review.  SURE!  Why Not? (i like saying that)

This came in an very cute pouch for safe keeping.  Perfect for travel!  It also has a set of earplugs.. which I’m pretty sure I don’t want but thanks anyhow!  The mask fit very well, and is made of very soft satin-like material.  Not sure if it is satin, but I can tell you it feels wonderful on.  It stays put, velcro keeps it in place without moving around or feeling too bulky if you lay on your back like I do.

The mask has extra material down by the nose piece for extra comfort.  It’s much larger than my other masks and it makes for a great light-secure sleep experience.

Overall, I am very happy with this and will likely purchase one of these when one of my other ones wear out.  Solid value and great fit/comfort!
