Inexpensive Glow Sticks – 100 for under $10!?!?
Glow sticks make every kid happy, whether you’re 5 years old or 50 years old. There’s just something about waving them around that brings a smile to your face. Wear ’em. Use them as a drink stir stick. (I do not claim to endorse this behavior nor do I know if this is good to do or not, so please do not do this based on my review – I will not be held accountable!!) Everyone loves a glowstick.
At this price, who doesn’t love a whole ton of glow sticks!?!?!?!?!? Seriously, we go to the dollar store and they’re $5 for a package of 10 of them. Maybe 20 if you’re lucky. These are 100 for under $10!!!!! Now, this pack was sent to me free or highly discounted in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. Here’s what I have to say:
They’re good glow sticks. Not great, but good. You get what you pay for. There’s some substantial “bubbles” in some of them which means they don’t light up the whole tube perfectly. Would you have this problem with dollar store glow sticks? Probably. I won’t knock off a star for that because you get SO SO MANY! (again, value for the money seems to be what they’re going for!) The connectors don’t stay real well, so if you’re looking to make a cool headband or bracelet – it may not work great for you. But again, I’ve had problems with cheap dollar store ones as well. They just don’t stay all that well no matter what — unless you buy the premium ones…. but if you’re here looking at this and contemplating buying 100 for under $10 then go for VOLUME not QUALITY.
