Normally $59.99 but down to $29.99 on Prime Day! Now, for outdoor cameras. If you’re like me, you’re not going to want to run around stringing cables so I’m buying the Ring Spotlight Cam Pro with Solar Panel. Ring wireless batteries will need to be charged every so often. Even in NY, we get a decent amount of sun so the solar panel works okay. The Pro versus Plus models – the big difference is the 3D motion detection/birds eye view where you can see paths that people take while walking in the camera area plus the pro also gives you dual band WiFi for better throughput if you’re closer to the router to get 5Ghz signal. It’s only $50 difference so I think it’s worth it for these two items. $50 off down to $199 is a great deal!

The delivery time is a little long and quantity is limited to 1 (per color) so you can also pay a couple dollars extra and purchase them separately — which I also did!

And the solar panel for the Ring Camera is $22.39 – basically you’re saving $2.39 by bundling it – but it’ll take a little time to get. If you’re impatient like me, you want it now! This is how to do it!

And let’s not forget batteries! Even with the solar panels, it’s still good to get a extra batteries in case the solar panel doesn’t provide enough charging. Not a prime day deal, but still decent price – under $40 for 2 batteries!
