Bright Long Lasting Solar Powered Backyard Spotlight!!!

With summertime approaching, we’ll be using the outdoor patio more and more! I’ve tried AC transformer lights and squirrels chewed through the cord leaving me with a whole bunch of nothing. I’ve tried COUNTLESS solar powered lights and all have been dim or too fast to exhaust the charge. I was able to receive a package of these solar lights for free or deeply discounted in exchange for a 100% honest and unbiased opinion. Absolutely!! I would to!! I’ve been so disappointed in the past that I had very low expectations.

Package arrived quickly, and it was a rather large package. I was surprised. Unboxed the lights, and they felt very sturdy. Included mounting for either the stake in the ground method or to screw into fence/building/post/etc. I opted for the stake in the ground.

Put them together, which went relatively quickly. Peeled off the film on the solar panel and put them in. Mind you it’s mid-April in Upstate New York – we don’t have strong sun and the way they’re positioned, the solar panel isn’t facing directly towards the sun but rather “generally upward”. Again, very skeptical on the performance of this without it being aimed RIGHT AT the sun.

There’s a button that turns it from HIGH to LOW to OFF. Turned it on, let it sit in the sun all day and voila. When it became dark, it came on! I tried to take a picture with it in HIGH mode, it was simply too bright. It really gave off a ton of light. Bright bulbs for sure.

The real test came at 4 AM when the lights had been on for 7.5 hours and they were still going strong. I took a picture out my bedroom window…. I was too lazy to go outside, but I was VERY surprised they were still going. With a weak early spring sun in New York coupled with a single day of charging and the solar panels not aimed up at the sun directly — very impressed. I would buy these in a heartbeat. Completely and totally recommend them for anyone looking to light up their backyard, camp site, anything outdoors where you don’t want to (and shouldn’t have to!) run wires which are just horrible!

Buy yourself a set or two. At the price, you CANNOT GO WRONG!!!!
