Quality Furnace Air Filters – GREAT PRICE!

You want your furnace air filter to be not too thick as to stop a lot of air flow, but thick enough to trap dust and particles from being recirculated around your house. Too thin and the filter can warp and get caught in the holder making it very difficult to get out. Too thick, well all you’re doing is creating work load for your fan and probably wasting energy doing so.

These are “just right” filters. I’ve had it in a few days now and it seems to be doing exactly what it should. They fit perfectly and I can take them in/out with ease. The real test will be in a couple months when I change them — if it catches on the sides and I can’t remove them easily, I’ll come back and edit this post but for now I think we’re GOOD TO GO!

I am not a scientist and can’t confirm what size particles it’s filtering…. or compare it to what’s in there before or what I’ve used in the past… I can tell you though for the money, these are a great value. They feel as thick as the higher (not top of the line) end ones I usually buy – but I never go for the top due to the strain I just mentioned. They sent me these for free or at a substantial discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion — but that has no effect on my opinion or words here. I absolutely will be buying these from now on because with a 6-pack costing me $25.99….. that’s a WHOLE lot cheaper than I’ve been buying them in the big hardware stores.

Do yourself a favor and give these a try. I think you’ll be as happy as I am!
