Portable Battery Power Bank Charger 10000mAh 3.1A Output

Let’s get the disclaimer out of the way first and foremost: I was provided a significant discount to purchase this product in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.  My words are my own and my experiences with this product are unaffected by the price I paid nor influenced in any way by the manufacturer or seller.  I have no affiliation with them whatsoever.

Now, for the review.   I have an iPhone 6S that constantly needs charging.  I was an early purchaser of the iphone which means my phone is about a year old – and the battery is about ready to be replaced.  (I upgrade my phone every year and mainly due to battery life!)  I am constantly looking for a charger and I’ve gone through portable USB battery packs (power banks as they’re called) quite often.  Not to mention I seem to lose them and I’m not sure where they end up.  But either way, I have a difficult time finding them when I need them most.

This battery pack is a beast.  10000mAh is a lot of power storage!!!  And a combined 3.1A out of all 3 USB ports is huge!  There’s (2) 2.1A ports and (1) 1A port but I will get to that in a second.  Yes, it’s larger than some other ones I’ve had but size does matter.  It offers plenty of battery life to charge even larger devices like ipads, tablets, etc.  I gave this to my fiancee a few days ago as she was on call and needed to ensure her phone battery was charged and for over 3 days she kept charging her phone over and over.  Finally on the fourth day (today) the battery pack needed to be charged which I’d say is a great accomplishment for this battery bank.  At the price they’re selling this for….. $13.99?!?!?!?!? You’re foolish if you don’t buy it!!!!  I’ve paid triple or more for portable battery banks that don’t have any better features than this one.  Really.

What confused me was the port indications with the lightning bolts on the side of the device.  I knew that there was a total of 3.1A (which is a tremendous amount of power out of a tiny little battery) but I was confused as to what was what.  After reading some of the reviews it looks like one lightning bolt is 1A; two lighting bolts is 2.1A (iPhones); and three lighting bolts is 2.1A (non-iPhone devices).  I’m not real sure what the difference is between two and three lightning bolts but I’m going with using the middle port for my iPhones!!!

The battery pack took about 6 or so hours from full zero charge to stop charging completely.  It lasted the equivalent of at least 3 full charges on a iPhone 6 I’d say – maybe more.  Hard to tell when you’re constantly taking it on and off the charge, but I’d say at least 3 full charges is what this holds.   It’s a little heavy, but again weight and size = battery capacity.  It’s simple physics.

If you want a tiny little lipstick charger to go in your purse, this isn’t it.  If you’re serious about giving your smartphone devices a big boost in charge, then this is your product.  And again, at under $15 – how could you possibly go wrong!?!?!?!?  HIGHLY recommend this battery pack.
